Learning Hub Term of Use

Effective from 23 July 2026

These Terms of Use apply to Cultural Infusion's Learning Hub, an online platform providing educational resources for teachers and students.

The Learning Hub includes:

  • Complimentary access provided in connection with eligible Cultural Infusion bookings;
  • Free Trial accounts;
  • Premium annual subscriptions; and
  • Ultra school-wide licences.

Payment is only required where a paid subscription or licence is purchased. Free Trials and complimentary access do not automatically convert to paid subscriptions.

Separate licensing terms apply only where Sound Infusion audio content is purchased for production or commercial use.

Which terms apply to you?

  • Complimentary Access users: Sections 1–6 and 8–11 apply.
  • Free Trial users: Sections 1–6 and 8–11 apply.
  • Premium and Ultra subscribers: Sections 1–11 apply.
  • Appendix A applies only where Sound Infusion audio content is purchased for production or commercial use.

1. Definitions

Cultural Infusion means Cultural Infusion (Int) Pty Ltd.

Learning Hub means Cultural Infusion's online learning platform.

Content means all resources, lesson plans, videos, professional development modules, student activities, downloadable materials, audio, images and other educational content made available through the Learning Hub.

Administrator means the teacher or authorised staff member responsible for managing educator and student access.

2. Access types

The Learning Hub offers several access options.

Complimentary Access

Where an eligible Cultural Infusion program is booked, participating organisations may receive complimentary Premium access for one (1) educator account for a period of three (3) months, unless otherwise specified.

Free Trial

The Free Trial provides access for 7 days and includes:

  • One educator account
  • Up to 30 student accounts
  • Lesson plans
  • Student learning resources

Professional Development modules are not included in the Free Trial.

Premium

Premium subscriptions include:

  • One educator account
  • Up to 30 student accounts
  • Professional Development modules
  • Full teacher and student resources

Premium subscriptions are valid for 12 months.

Ultra

Ultra licences are customised for schools or organisations requiring multiple educator and student accounts.

Licence terms, pricing and inclusions are agreed separately.

3. Permitted educational use

Content may be used only for:

  • classroom teaching;
  • lesson preparation;
  • internal professional learning; and
  • student learning within the registered educational organisation.

Content must not be:

  • copied for resale;
  • redistributed outside the registered organisation;
  • publicly uploaded;
  • commercially exploited; or
  • shared with unauthorised users.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Learning Hub and its Content remain the property of Cultural Infusion or its licensors.

Access to the Learning Hub grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for permitted educational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

5. Accounts and security

Educator accounts are intended for the registered user only.

Student accounts may only be created and managed by authorised educators within the registered organisation.

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;
  • ensuring student accounts are used appropriately; and
  • notifying Cultural Infusion of any unauthorised access.

Accounts may not be shared outside the registered organisation.

6. Platform changes

Cultural Infusion may update, modify, improve or remove Content, resources or platform features at any time without prior notice.

Where practical, major changes affecting paid subscribers will be communicated in advance.

7. Paid subscriptions

Premium subscriptions and Ultra licences are supplied for a 12-month term.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access expires at the end of the subscription period and must be renewed to continue access.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Complimentary access and Free Trial accounts expire automatically at the end of their applicable access period.

Paid subscriptions are non-refundable once access has commenced, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy and child safety

Use of the Learning Hub is subject to Cultural Infusion's Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy.

Educators are responsible for ensuring any student information entered into the Learning Hub complies with their organisation's privacy obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Learning Hub is provided on an "as is" basis.

To the extent permitted by law, Cultural Infusion excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Learning Hub or its Content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
