Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use apply to Cultural Infusion’s Learning Hub for Teachers (Learning Hub), previously known as Learning Lands.

The Learning Hub includes free resources, free trials, complimentary premium access provided in connection with Cultural Infusion bookings, and optional paid subscriptions. Payment is only required where a paid subscription is purchased. Free trials and complimentary access do not automatically convert to paid subscriptions.

Separate licensing terms apply only where Sound Infusion audio content is purchased for production or commercial use.

Which terms apply to you?

  • If you are accessing the Learning Hub via a free trial or complimentary access following a Cultural Infusion booking, Sections 1–6, 8, 10 and 11 apply.
  • If you have purchased a paid Learning Hub subscription, Sections 1–8, 10 and 11 apply.
  • Appendix A applies only if you purchase Sound Infusion audio content for production or commercial use.

1. Definitions

  • Cultural Infusion means Cultural Infusion (Int) Pty Ltd.
  • Learning Hub means Cultural Infusion’s online learning platform for educators.
  • Content means all materials made available through the Learning Hub.
  • Administrator means a teacher or staff member with administrative access.
  • Atlas means the Cultural Infusion product formerly known as Atlas.

2. Access types and fees

The Learning Hub offers free access, time-limited free trials, complimentary premium access linked to Cultural Infusion bookings, and optional paid annual subscriptions.

Where a Cultural Infusion program is booked, participating organisations may receive complimentary premium access for up to two (2) teachers for a period of three (3) months, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

3. Permitted educational use

Content may be used for classroom teaching, lesson preparation, and internal school use only. Content must not be shared publicly, sold, or redistributed outside your organisation.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Learning Hub and its Content remain the property of Cultural Infusion. Access to Content is provided under a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence.

5. Accounts and security

Accounts must not be shared outside the registered organisation. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

6. Platform changes

Cultural Infusion may update, modify, add, or remove Content and platform features at any time.

7. Paid subscriptions (if purchased)

Paid subscriptions are for a minimum term of 12 months and will automatically renew unless cancelled in writing at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Free trials and complimentary access expire automatically at the end of the applicable period. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable once commenced, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy and child safety

Use of the Learning Hub is subject to Cultural Infusion’s Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy.

10. Liability

The Learning Hub is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cultural Infusion limits its liability in connection with the Learning Hub and its Content.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Appendix A – Sound Infusion Licensing Terms

This Appendix applies only where Sound Infusion audio content is purchased separately for production or commercial use. It does not apply to general Learning Hub access.
