Reconciliation Action Plan Launch Experience

Mark the beginning of your organisation’s reconciliation journey with a meaningful and engaging Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Launch Experience.

Facilitated by an experienced First Nations presenter, this tailored session introduces employees to the significance of reconciliation, the purpose of your organisation’s RAP, and the role each individual can play in creating meaningful and lasting change.

Rather than simply presenting information, this experience encourages thoughtful discussion, reflection and genuine engagement, helping employees connect with your organisation’s commitment to reconciliation and understand how they can contribute to embedding its principles within everyday workplace culture.

Every organisation’s reconciliation journey is unique. We work closely with you to tailor the experience to your goals, your people and your stage in the RAP process, ensuring your launch is authentic, relevant and impactful.

For organisations looking to create an even more memorable experience, this session can be complemented with interactive First Nations cultural workshops, collaborative artwork experiences and ceremonial elements where appropriate.

Recommended Duration: 30–60 minutes

Suitable for: Corporate organisations, government departments, councils and workplaces at any stage of their RAP journey.
