What It Takes to Get a Guinness World Record?
Unique to Cultural Infusion, this exciting program is presented by Dean, a Guinness World Record holder and coach. Step into the fascinating world of Guinness and discover what it takes to make history!
What You’ll Experience:
- The Guinness Story – Learn how Guinness World Records began in the 1950s when Sir Hugh Beaver, Director of Guinness Brewery, had the idea to compile a book of facts and figures.
- Behind the Records – Explore the process of setting a Guinness World Record and hear Dean’s personal journey, including meeting quirky record holders like the world champion toe wrestler, sitting the world’s smallest man on his knee, and shaking the world’s biggest hand.
- Interactive Fun – Enjoy action-packed film clips, archival photos, live demonstrations, and hands-on activities where students can attempt to break an unofficial world record!
This workshop is an unforgettable blend of history, entertainment, and participation, perfect for schools and community events.
